Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support strategic planning and forecasting.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Assist in the budgeting process and monitor variances to ensure financial targets are met.
- Identify trends and cost-saving opportunities within departmental operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-financial audiences.
