Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support management in making strategic business decisions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within financial data to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros).
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and ERPs is a plus.
