Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to support long-term strategic planning.
- Perform rigorous variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgets and projections.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue enhancement strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present actionable insights to drive business growth.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and special financial projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data to non-financial stakeholders.
