Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any billing discrepancies promptly.
- Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including data entry and payment execution.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial documents.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and generate basic financial reports.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor's preferred).
- 1-3 years of verifiable experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
