Responsibilities
- Process Transactions: Accurately and efficiently handle cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and wire transfers.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and resolve inquiries with a focus on courtesy, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Product Promotion: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and refer customers to financial advisors for loans, investments, and savings products.
- Account Maintenance: Assist in opening new accounts and updating existing customer information.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to all bank policies, regulations (BSA/AML), and security protocols.
- Problem Solving: Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or banking is preferred.
- Skills: Strong mathematical aptitude and keen attention to detail.
- Background: Must successfully pass a background check and credit check.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual skills are a plus.
- Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
