Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial plans for high-net-worth individuals and families
- Manage investment portfolios exceeding $100M in total assets under management
- Drive client acquisition through strategic networking and referral programs
- Conduct quarterly portfolio reviews and market analysis presentations
- Ensure compliance with FINRA regulations and SEC guidelines
- Mentor junior advisors and contribute to firm-wide growth initiatives
- Utilize proprietary CRM system for client relationship management
Qualifications
- 7+ years of financial advisory experience with proven track record
- FINRA Series 7, 66, and CFP certifications required
- Minimum $5M AUM or equivalent revenue generation history
- Exceptional presentation skills and client relationship management
- Strong network of high-net-worth individuals in NYC/NJ area
- Advanced proficiency in portfolio management software (e.g., Bloomberg, MoneyGuide)
- History of exceeding sales targets by 20%+ annually
