Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving account inquiries.
- Cash checks and manage the cash drawer with strict accuracy and adherence to security protocols.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch sales goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for customers and staff.
- Assist in the opening and closing of the branch while following all security procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to balance a cash drawer to the penny.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and bank software systems.
