Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
- Prepare complex monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain accurate financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Collaborate with department heads to create and monitor annual budgets and capital expenditure plans.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to senior management in a clear, concise manner.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal control procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Certification as a CPA, CFA, or CMA is a plus.
