Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess performance, profitability, and variances against budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Develop complex financial models and scenarios to support strategic decision-making and capital budgeting.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and align financial strategies with company goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Assist in the annual audit process and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 2-3 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
