Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive review.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual and budgeted figures.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and long-term strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of new business initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.
