Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support long-term strategic planning and budget forecasting.
- Prepare and present detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to executive stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain the annual operating budget.
- Perform variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and forecasts, providing actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting using advanced Excel functions.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and financial reporting software.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings clearly.
