Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and investment performance to generate quarterly business reviews
- Develop financial models for capital allocation, ROI projections, and risk assessment
- Prepare executive presentations highlighting key financial metrics and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with investment teams to evaluate new acquisition targets due diligence
- Monitor budget adherence and variance analysis across 15+ coastal property portfolios
- Lead process improvements in financial reporting automation using Power BI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in real estate or hospitality sector
- Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling, Power BI, and SAP financial systems
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation strongly preferred
- Proven ability to translate complex data into executive-level recommendations
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance and regulatory reporting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
