Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in operational performance.
- Assist in budget preparation and manage departmental budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive business growth.
- Perform detailed cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects and investments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial software.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- CFA or CPA certification is a plus.
