Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support annual budgets and long-term strategic planning.
- Conduct variance analysis and prepare detailed monthly/quarterly financial reports for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with department heads to analyze operational performance and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Perform deep-dive research on market trends, competitive analysis, and economic indicators to inform business strategy.
- Assist in the preparation of investor presentations and external financial reporting requirements.
- Streamline financial reporting processes by leveraging advanced Excel techniques and automation tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar financial planning role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings clearly.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
