Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business planning and strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of new initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for investor presentations and board meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
