Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling, SQL, and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of capital markets, portfolio management, and risk metrics
