Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to support annual budgets and long-term strategic planning.
- Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results against budgets and identify key drivers of performance.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive management.
- Assist in the audit process by providing requested documentation and supporting schedules.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses for capital projects and new business initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve reporting accuracy.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and trends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data to non-financial audiences.
