Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Develop complex financial models to predict revenue, expenses, and profitability, providing actionable insights to executive leadership.
- Budget Management: Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with department heads to ensure accurate resource allocation.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth variance analysis on monthly and quarterly results, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Reporting: Prepare high-level executive presentations and detailed financial reports, ensuring data accuracy and clarity.
- Process Improvement: Streamline financial reporting workflows and implement new systems to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
- Strategic Planning: Support capital budgeting initiatives and assist in the evaluation of new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, planning, and analysis (FP&A).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, PivotTables) and financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into strategic business recommendations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification: CFA, CMA, or CPA designation is a significant plus.
