Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses to support strategic planning
- Develop comprehensive financial reports and dashboards for executive leadership
- Analyze operational performance metrics and identify cost optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with department heads to create departmental budgets and monitor spending
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects to support business initiatives
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Maintain and enhance financial reporting systems for accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
