Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend reporting.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and capital requirements.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and presentations for senior management.
- Assist in the budgeting process, monitoring budget vs. actual performance and identifying variances.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
