Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare high-level monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial trends, costs, and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial data and business objectives.
- Assist in the preparation of external audits and regulatory filings.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
