Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support business planning and long-term forecasting.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Monitor budget variances and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of audits and regulatory compliance documentation.
- Develop and maintain complex financial spreadsheets and databases using advanced Excel functions.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategic initiatives to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Financial Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting data to non-financial stakeholders.
