As a key player in our finance division, you will be responsible for driving strategic decision-making through rigorous financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. We value innovation, accuracy, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Perform variance analysis to explain differences between actual and budgeted figures.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and scenario planning.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and quarterly rolling forecasts.
- Collaborate with department heads to support capital budgeting and project evaluation.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
