Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Operate bank-provided equipment including cash drawers, check scanners, and security systems
- Resolve customer inquiries and promote banking products/services
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking equipment and digital transaction systems
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with financial software
