Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to support budget forecasting and strategic planning
- Develop comprehensive financial models for scenario analysis and investment evaluation
- Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards highlighting KPI performance and risk indicators
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost structures and improve profitability
- Lead month-end closing processes ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Identify process improvement opportunities through automation and advanced analytics
- Support M&A activities due diligence and integration planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling and Power BI visualization tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and SQL data extraction
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation highly desirable
- Exceptional analytical thinking with ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
- Proven track record of driving process improvements in finance operations
