Responsibilities
- Prepare and review federal, state, and local individual and corporate tax returns.
- Conduct tax research and ensure compliance with changing tax laws.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax projections.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding tax status and filings.
- Collaborate with senior staff on complex tax planning strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
- 1-3 years of experience in public accounting or corporate tax.
- CPA or EA certification preferred but not required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and tax preparation software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
