Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets supporting strategic initiatives
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for leadership review
- Lead cross-functional projects evaluating ROI, capital allocation, and market expansion opportunities
- Partner with department heads to drive financial discipline and performance optimization
- Monitor KPIs and regulatory compliance requirements across business units
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting and analysis workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership
- Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis methodologies
- Knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
