Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and prepare detailed monthly/quarterly reports for executive stakeholders
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify investment opportunities and emerging financial trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency
- Present financial findings to leadership with clear data visualizations and strategic recommendations
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
- Mentor junior analysts and lead special financial projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, PivotTables) and financial modeling software
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Deep understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of translating complex financial data into strategic business insights
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA) highly desirable
