Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and variance analyses.
- Forecasting & Budgeting: Lead the budgeting process and develop rolling forecasts to support strategic planning.
- Financial Modeling: Build complex financial models to evaluate potential investments, mergers, and operational scenarios.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and implement solutions to enhance operational excellence.
- Data Analysis: Leverage SQL and Excel to extract, manipulate, and visualize large datasets for executive presentations.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with internal policies and external regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and SQL.
- System Knowledge: Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex data to stakeholders.
