Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling, to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts for revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement, presenting findings with clear recommendations.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and ensure compliance with GAAP accounting standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial reporting software.
- Strong understanding of financial statement analysis and GAAP principles.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial audiences.
