Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, trends, and KPIs to provide actionable business insights
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
- Prepare executive dashboards and presentations for senior leadership
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve financial processes
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and BI tools
- CFA or CPA certification strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly
- Experience in energy, manufacturing, or healthcare sectors a plus
