Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and valuation analysis for M&A opportunities and investment portfolios
- Develop comprehensive financial forecasts and scenario planning models to support strategic initiatives
- Analyze market trends and economic indicators to inform investment strategies and risk mitigation
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize capital allocation and resource planning
- Lead quarterly business reviews with portfolio companies to drive operational efficiency
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with SEC and FINRA requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment banking or asset management
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Proven experience in portfolio analysis, valuation methodologies, and market research
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to senior leadership
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (SEC, FINRA)
