Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and economic indicators to forecast performance and identify growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain dynamic financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and executive dashboards for senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost structures and improve profitability
- Lead ad-hoc financial analyses to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and industry-specific regulatory requirements
- Mentor junior analysts and improve departmental reporting processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Proven track record of improving financial processes and delivering actionable insights
- CPA or CFA certification highly desirable
