Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and economic indicators to inform strategic business decisions
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts for revenue projections and budgeting
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and cost management
- Monitor compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects supporting mergers, acquisitions, or new market entry
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
