Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and performance reporting against strategic KPIs
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize capital allocation and operational efficiency
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visual dashboards and narratives
- Automate reporting workflows using Python, VBA, and Power BI for real-time data accessibility
- Support M&A activities through due diligence, integration planning, and post-merger analysis
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and SOX requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment banking or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (macros, pivot tables) and financial modeling software
- Expertise in SQL, Python (Pandas), or R for data extraction and analysis
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to simplify complex financial concepts
