Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
- Analyze market trends and financial performance to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to ensure strategic alignment
- Lead month-end closing processes and variance analysis
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation modeling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with financial modeling software (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan)
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Demonstrated success in presenting complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Knowledge of Arizona's financial regulatory landscape
