Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for executive stakeholders
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions for operational efficiency
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize capital allocation and investment strategies
- Present financial insights to senior leadership using clear visualizations and compelling narratives
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and industry best practices
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in financial processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis
