Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for portfolio performance analysis
- Conduct variance analysis between projected and actual financial results
- Prepare monthly/quarterly executive dashboards highlighting key financial metrics
- Lead cross-departmental budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Identify cost optimization opportunities through quantitative analysis
- Support M&A due diligence and integration financial planning
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency with pivot tables and complex functions
- Expertise in financial modeling and forecasting methodologies
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- CPA or CFA designation highly valued
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent presentation skills for executive audiences
