Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and economic indicators to forecast performance and identify growth opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial models, variance analyses, and KPI dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Lead cross-departmental projects to optimize budget allocation and cost reduction initiatives
- Prepare detailed investment memos and risk assessments for senior leadership review
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement and enhance financial reporting systems
- Mentor junior analysts and present findings to C-suite executives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA or CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience with Big Four or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling tools
- Expert knowledge of GAAP/IFRS standards and SEC reporting requirements
- Strong SQL and Tableau skills for data visualization
- Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic business recommendations
- Active CPA designation or progress toward CFA certification
