Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
- Prepare and present complex monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Conduct rigorous variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data reporting.
- Streamline month-end and year-end close processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of external audit schedules and regulatory filings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, GAAP, and internal controls.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred.
