Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Analyze client financial situations and recommend appropriate investment strategies.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and financial plan updates.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.
- Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
- Present complex financial products to clients in an understandable manner.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and earn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to complete required licensing exams (we support you).
- High school diploma or GED required.
