Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across multiple business units
- Develop comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Prepare executive-ready reports and dashboards highlighting KPIs and variance explanations
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with operational goals
- Lead process improvements in financial reporting and internal controls
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses supporting strategic initiatives and investment decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, PivotTables) and financial modeling tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
