Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Enterprise
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings accurately
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies within SLAs
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Prepare payroll reports for leadership and auditors
- Optimize payroll processes using automation tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- ADP Enterprise certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel advanced functions
- Deep understanding of FLSA and NC wage laws
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in payroll audits and compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
