Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to explain differences between actuals and budgets.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and long-term forecasting models.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to optimize profitability.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure data accuracy in financial systems.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand operational needs and translate them into financial data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) required.
- Experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
