Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs adhering to federal/state regulations
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits for financial services operations
- Train staff on compliance policies and regulatory updates
- Investigate and resolve compliance breaches with corrective action plans
- Collaborate with legal and executive teams on regulatory changes
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for stakeholders and regulators
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of compliance experience in financial services
- Strong knowledge of BSA/AML, Reg E, and FINRA regulations
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
