Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings in compliance with federal/state regulations
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies with precision and urgency
- Collaborate with HR to maintain employee data integrity and timekeeping systems
- Prepare monthly/yearly payroll reports for executive review and audits
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency
- Support year-end tax filings and W-2 distribution
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state knowledge
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent system proficiency
- Expertise in FLSA, DOL, and state-specific payroll regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table capabilities
- Proven track record of zero-error payroll processing
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
