Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, tax withholdings, and benefit deductions with 99.9% accuracy
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries within 24 hours
- Ensure compliance with federal/state labor laws (FLSA, FICA, KY state regulations)
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare monthly/year-end reports for auditors
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive payroll data
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS systems
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Deep understanding of FLSA, FICA, and KY payroll regulations
- Experience with garnishment processing and tax compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
