Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy for VIP clients
- Deliver white-glove customer experiences through personalized financial guidance
- Drive business growth by cross-selling premium banking products and services
- Maintain stringent compliance with federal banking regulations and security protocols
- Lead branch operations during peak hours and mentor junior staff
- Proactively identify wealth management opportunities for high-net-worth individuals
- Utilize advanced CRM systems to manage complex client relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of high-volume teller experience in premium banking environments
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
- Advanced knowledge of FINRA regulations, AML protocols, and BSA requirements
- Exceptional proficiency in banking software (Fiserv, Jack Henry, or equivalent)
- Professional appearance and polished communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Minimum 700+ FICO score and clean background check
