Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and variance reports for executive review.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Perform in-depth analysis of financial performance against budget and prior periods to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with department heads to support operational strategies and capital expenditure planning.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- Support external auditors during the annual audit process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and corporate accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-financial teams.
