- Implement and maintain financial controls ensuring regulatory compliance (GAAP/SOX)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in hospitality or gaming industries
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI/Tableau
- Proven track record of developing accurate financial forecasts and budgets
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for presenting financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
- CPA or equivalent certification required
